Dr. Md. Zahid Hasan, Associate Professor of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC) and Chief Patron of the Materials Research and Simulation Lab (MRSL), has secured a place in the Stanford University and Elsevier Top 2% Scientists List 2026. This achievement is a significant success for both MRSL and IIUC in the fields of research and academia. According to the 2026 Single-Year Data, Dr. Md. Zahid Hasan has a Global Rank of 372,579. His main field is Physics & Astronomy and his Global Rank in the Applied Physics subfield is 7,044. The IIUC family congratulates Dr. Md. Zahid Hasan on this remarkable achievement.
