Turkish Delegation Meets IIUC’s Mr. Shahjahan, Agrees to Increase Scholarships

A meeting between Turkish delegation and the Vice Chairman, Board of Trustees and International Affairs Committe Mr. Mohammad Shahjahan was held today at Chittagong. The 3 member Turkish delegation led by Mr. Ahmet Sacinti, Coordinator, Asia Pacific Region, Ministry of Religious Affairs Turkey has been conducting interview of Diyanet Burslari Scholarship of Chittagong Region at IIUC. Other members of the delegation are Haci Mustafa Yalsin, Executive of Education Department, Turkey Diyanet Vakfi and Mr. Afzalur Rahman, Country Director, TDV. At that time Mr. Md. Mahfuzur Rahman, Director( In charge), International Affairs & Student Welfare Division, IIUC and Mr. Ershadul Hoque, Deputy Director were present. Mr. Shahjahan thanked the Turkish delegation for continous support to IIUC. He requested to increase the number of Scholarship for IIUC. The TDV delegation agreed and convey gratitude to IIUC authority for supporting in the interview process of greater Chittagong region. Notable, Scholarship applications will be recieved from IIUC students( 1st to 3rd Semester) from 15th April.
